    Project Schedule

    Our Scheduling process ensures all Phases roll-up correctly and Milestones are defined and correspond to the allocated Budgets.

     

    We use InLoox, a fully integrated project management tool wiht integrates seemless into Microsoft Outlook.

    If required, we can and have used MS-Project (which can directly import and receive export data from InLoox) but we also can use Sure-Trak.

     

    We develop the:

    • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) responsibility,
      • which defines the authorised work elements for the project.
    • Organisational Responsibility (OR),
      • which defines the organisational structure including the major subcontractors responsible for accomplishing the authorised work, and define the organisational elements in which work will be planned and controlled.

    We provide for integration of the project work breakdown structure (WBS) and the project organisational structure in a manner that permits cost and schedule performance measurement by elements of either or both as needed.

    We aim to minimise Level of Effort (LoE) allocation, only LoE which is impractical or to overhead extensive is classified as LoE.

    To account for Overhead Burdens we establish overhead budgets for each significant organisational component for which cost are captured as indirect costs.
