Project Lifecycle Management is defined as a series
of phases undertaken to deliver a required project outcome.
The Mountaintop Consulting Project Lifecycle Management consists of four phases:

To ensure project documentation is quickly and efficiently produced, Mountaintop Consulting provides a wide range of document templates to support every activity in the Project Lifecycle. Each template provides the framework required to create project documentation without having to start from scratch.
To ensure each Project Lifecycle phase delivers the required result we use Project KPI's to measure and measure and correct when required.
Many project parameters can be used as Project KPI's, to measure the health of a project. Our standardised process will assist you to define the right Project KPI's indicating the status of your project therfore you will achieve successful proejct management
We are using standardised templates therefore we can focus on the Proejct KPI’s rather than spending valuable project time in collecting project data and try to interpret inconsistent data and values.
